The one thing it's supposed to do, keep time, it sucks at. It would lose time consistently. I did more research into the problem and it's a problem all automatics face, that they are not as accurate as their cheaper counterpart quarts. I will never buy an automatic again, ever. Because I'm not setting my watch once a week for it to be somewhat accurate.

I bought this watch with high hopes it would surpass my expectations. It didn't. The build is fantastic. The tritium works well. The one thing it's supposed to do, keep time, it sucks at. ### ⭐⭐⭐ WAS a great watch at a decent price

Well I can say the watch itself is solid and while nothing truly out of the ordinary, it WAS a fair value. Now, with the significant price increase in early 2022, the value is completely gone. Not that I am being cheap, there are just way too many other options in the market in this price range, and let’s be honest in that most people do not know Marathon from Timex. I unfortunately will move on to other brands moving forward, if I am spending $1800 my options are pretty broad, close to the price for some Tudor models and another couple dozen brands with exceptional fit and finish. Maybe Marathon is wanting to be able to focus on government contracts and are trying to price themselves out of the retail market?
