They do not stay on all night. I have not noticed any difference in my dark spots. I thought this would be a new approach. At first I was afraid I’d need microneedling equipment but these patches are self contained, nothing else needed. They last very well on my face overnight. They have a very slight needling action that I can feel but that is not painful. I like the on their own but have intensified the impact by applying them over retinol.I think they work well and gave reduced the dark edges of my age spot.
