Maybe your thinking of the ones you find in US drug/or medical supply stores with the three out of five water drops. Those are actually for moderate issues. The three drops have no relevance to the level 3 pads. I can tell you that level 3 are large enough for me, 6'4, 330lbs. They are more than I need almost always, but I like the extra confidence. The Moderate ()()() pads are not only thinner but smaller in every way. Good luck. Hope this helps. **Q: Are they scented?** A: To my knowledge based on experience they are not scented. I've not experienced any problem. These are really the best. When I travel and am gone for longer than normal, and if I detect a slight odor, I will have with me a spray that will not irritate private areas.
