There really is a curse on the village, it is not just a superstition, and you will see just how far the curse reaches. The ending has some surprises, thankfully it breaks the final girl trope. Acting is still good to campy, so I enjoyed it but some acting was just laughable. There is a rape scene, so you may not want to watch it if you can't stomach scenes like that. Content advisory, there is a rape scene, murders, more gore, blood, and violence. So faint of heart may still dislike this movie. I will be watching the movie again.
