A: It does not recline at all unfortunately

**Q: Can it fold down with steering wheel on**
A: It depends on how you build it.  For me it does not fold down with the steering wheel on.

**Q: Does this support a manual shifter?**
A: My son just got the Logitech shifter for Christmas and it works great

**Q: will the logitech g923 wheel and pedals fit?**
A: Yes I have mine on there fits great and great chair !!
