Then the Navien threw a 304 error and flow wasn’t being detected. No particles in filter or trap, but definitely buildup. Tried a 6% vinegar flush for an hour, but no fix and only a few particles cane out in the filter. Could hear pump and see flow only with shower on. Assumed a big plumbers bill! I got the Flow aid descaler within 24hrs and ran it for an hour. It immediately started removing scale into the bucket.
