Review: Excellent and reliable tire - I've been using Continental 4000 GTs for a few years now and decided to switch to Hardshells for more flat protection. I now have these tires on two of my three bikes, one with over 3,000 miles and not a single flat yet. I highly recommend these tires for anyone who rides high miles and wants more flat protection.
Review: Have a served Purpose Very Well - I have used these tires for years. I'm thinking more than ten years, possibly 15+. I only bike about 1.5-3 hours a week now. I used them when I was doing serious training for many more hours as well. I don't recall ever flatting. -in fact I haven't carried tube repair stuff for a long time. I have found them a little difficult to put on when new, due to packaging compression. Probably for someone more skilled, younger with hands that consistently work better it may not be an issue. I will continue to use these unless I find a better deal.
