I asked my GI team about that issue, since I've had a partial esophagectomy with gastric pull up and I was told that chocolate can be a trigger for acid refux. So-In the standard 1.0 , I buy the vanilla and chocolate but use the chocolate as a "treat" earlier in the day if I do. I also was graduated to the Standard 1.4 since I have a volume issue and it comes in the vanilla and so I buy that.
