My students love when I take out my toy cash register and we play ice cream store using the ice cream boards! **Q: I need help! My game did not arrive with any instructions!! None!** A: Pick three different dice that match with the board of your choice. Everyone has the same board showing. Shake the dice and for example say-chocolate ice cream(brown color on dice) in a cone ( cone showing) with a cherry on top. Everyone covers the ice cream on their board that fits that description. Winner is the first with three in a row. Have each person say their description when they shake the dice in a sentence. **Q: Is this appropriate for 10 year olds?** A: Depends. I have used it with 10 and 11 year old clients who have expressive and receptive language difficulties and they enjoyed it, but for the most part I use it for younger children (4-8).
