I was looking for a stand that has a mountable arm and an average height of 25 inches, so that the viewing angle of TV is good even when we watch it from our recliner sofa . I have searched online for many TV stands and finally have ordered this item that matches all my requirements. I am very much satisfied with the sleek and polished surface and it's cute look. I don't find any cons for this tv stand. I was bit confused with the other reviews as they have bitter experiences either with the damaged/missing parts that they have got, but I am very lucky that the item arrived without any defects. Though it took about 3 hours for assembling it ( me and wife both worked on it) we are satisfied with this purchase and will recommend to buy this. The price is bit on the higher side, but I think it's worth the buy Review: Awful quality despite the look and feel … - I wish there was negative star. here is why... 1- Came out of the box with broken part (thanks god it was a part that is not visible) but i just don't like it. 2- After assembling that for hours, the front door screw was not getting in and basically the front door must be used carefully since it is setup with 3 screws only. 3- the edge of front panels are separating/opening. this is right in front surface and will be more visible soon. in that case i just have to trash it. 4- there is no way to clean the glassy surface. i used many kind of wood cleaning stuff but they all leave stain!!! 5- contacted the customer service with clear pictures of broken parts and they still asking what is the references and etc so they can contact another "customer service" to get the part. how the hell should i change these after assembly?? also, you guys must know the part number better than us.. basically to me look like what the hell you want!! this is not a cheap piece of furniture and i was really expecting a good quality. the look and feel looks good but unfortunately i would loved to return it if i could but not after hours of assembly.. also the tv is not turning to left and right which is pain but that's what it is. it could be a nice piece.
