Take care with it as it's a little salty - so don't add salted meats or veggies to the mix, as the paste will take care of the salt for you. That said, the taste is out of this world. I love to mix this with thicker rice noodles for a yummy noodle soup. Priced right and stores well in the fridge. A+++

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best helper to get Tom Kha Gai just right!

Ever since my husband lived and worked in Thailand a long time ago, we are hooked to eating Tom Kha Gai soup, whether it is at a Thai restaurant or at home. We usually make the soup from scratch with all the needed and available ingredients and seasonings. Since we moved away from DC to a rural area up north, I don't have an Asian grocery market anywhere near, so I order online what I can't find in supermarkets. This Tom Kha Gai paste has made all the difference! Now we do not need to keep all the various seasoning handy, we have found the perfect way to make Tom Kha Gai at home with less effort but great results. The taste, the scent, the overall outcome when using this product is phenomenal. Tweaking is easy either with more or less paste or however one wants to make little changes. For 2 people, we get several dishes out of one tub, so the value for the money is fantastic. We recently traveled to see family in Texas and took 2 tubs with us, so we could cook Tom Kha Gai for everyone and show them how great this product is and how easy it is to use. Perfect!!! Highly recommended.
