I decided to buy a chess set for my partner for his birthday. I sat looking at different sets for hours because I wanted the right set and at a affordable price.I came across this chess set and I thought I would chance it as it sounded like a decent set and looks nice. I was hoping I made the right choice.Upon arrival it looked like it was packaged with care and each item was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. I had the right amount of chess pieces and the chess board was crafted beautifully. I was really happy with the box that the pieces go in. It was worth the price and I was thrilled.I had only one problem to which I emailed the company I purchased it from which was JDS Toys & Games Limited. One pawn piece was broken which was probably done in production line. I received an email immediately from the company who apologised and was extremely polite and helpful. They sent out two pawn pieces no questions asked or any fuss. Great customer service. I will happily buy again. Thank you :)
