Bluetooth is on?I have removed the app and reinstalled, took battery out off SpotyPal for 3 minutes, restarted phone, etc. I’ve tried the app on my iPad with the exact same results.When I tried to contact support their form requires a Device Reference ID: * that I don’t have because device has to be connected to get one.I’ve spent way too much time trying to get this to work*******************Day following this review I received email from support that stated:Regarding the issue, let's try the following. While you are on the page that tells you about the requirements to add a device, open the control center of the phone and toggle Bluetooth off and then back on. After that, click the next button and you should be able to add the device normally.*******************This did the trick. It’s now connected. I’ll update this review later. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Doesn't work for the main purpose of purchase *by C***Y on Reviewed in the United States on June 27, 2021* Seems like a good product with a slick design feels good to the touch and is very very lightweight. It took a while to set up because for some reason it wasn't connecting to my phone but after several tries like seven attempts it's finally connected.Every mode seems to be working just fine as I can press the button on the device and my phone even when in vibration mode produces a very loud ringtone let me know where my phone is and also I can locate the device from my phone with the price of a button in the info app. But, the biggest drawback from me lies in the fact that it doesn't seem to be doing the main reason why someone would buy this device in the first place, I left my phone in my car on purpose and I walked away from my car for over 200 feet close to 300 almost and the device did nothing no sound nothing at all and then I walk back to my car and my phone begins to sound off an alarm like 5 seconds later. Then I tried the same thing only this time I walked in a different direction again over 200 feet and once again nothing happened but this time I left the device in the car and took my phone with me and like I said nothing happened. So, looks like a great concept but the execution has been found wanting.I will give it one more week of various trials to see if it will work otherwise I'll have to return this item. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Not good at finding phone *by S***K on Reviewed in the United States on February 3, 2022* you will get false separation alerts. Pressing the button on the tag doesn't call my phone (it's set up to do so). If I go to the app to call my keys, that works. Separation doesn't work and find phone doesn't work. I needed it to find my keys which I lose regularly so that part works.
