I paired the spread with light grey/black accent curtains and it pulled the room together nicely. I bought the Cal King size and although it covers the bed totally, it does not drape as far over the sides as shown. I have a 10" deep mattress, and the spread comes down about 2" lower than the bottom of the mattress. I have spot cleaned the spread a few times (cat hairballs *#$@!) and it cleaned easily and thoroughly. My biggest bleh factor is that on the blue and gray paneling are black stitches that are about an inch and a half long. On each panel sits a very out of place long black stitch LOL, It totally ruins the entire look of the comforter. I'm not super upset because this is just a set to get me through until I find the one that I can't live without. On the plus side, I do like how light weight it is! Also, if you are unsure if you should get the King or the Cal king...GO CAL KING, this comforter is a little shorter than what I thought it would be. Shipping was super speedy!
