There are no instructions but you can follow videos about other brands of this on youtube. One of the shrinking dyes was completely too big. I used one to push one and another one to shrink down. I am pretty sure I got the injectors back in the block without damaging anything. I kind of wonder if the other brands have a tighter tolerance. This one I think works fine. I gave this tool a try and it worked great. The slide hammer remover is a little fiddly since you can't screw in the handle all the way or there won't be enough room to get it onto the injector. The remover worked and the seal installer worked.
