These little gems are exactly what I needed to balance out my feet. Born with very crooked feet, which in turn, has caused me much hip and back pain over the years, doctors couldn't seem to be of much help because I have never required foot surgery to fix the problem. I took this gamble as I have spent countless dollars on shoe wedges, heel lifts, etc within the last 30-40 year. I'm so glad I made this purchase!!
  

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ You get what you pay for

I wish they were just a little wider and a little more firm, but otherwise I am very happy.  These are SO much better than the blue ones I originally bought:  flimsy and soft, they pushed toward the front of the shoe as I put my foot in and the front curled under, and they made my feet feel too warm.  These are more like the pair that I had for years that I finally tossed because they had flattened out.  (And yes, I admit that they may have hardened over the years and that this new pair may not be any softer than the old ones were-I just don't remember.). 2018 update: I can't find these anywhere anymore so I'm nursing along the pair that I currently have.

I used these not just in my everyday shoes but my boots, working shoes, and my going out shoes my feet have not felt this good in a long time and my feet supinate so my shoes get worn out on one side,  since I had this in my shoes the last six months, my shoes have worn out evenly. ....Awesome.
