A real card will take maybe up to a few hours dependent on size. A fake will take many hours, often 10 plus. And when the program tries to verify it will fail. I bought two 512gb from Amazon. Both failed the check. So I went to a local big box store and tested it before I left on a laptop. Thankfully that one was good.
