I generally do not buy refurbs because they can be unreliable. I was yet again disappointed. This controller could not have been quality checked before being sent out. The left stick was noticeably sticking and grinding when moved.I gave 3 stars because their customer service was excellent. Some buttons dont function properly gotta mash the select button bumpers seem to spaz out and the right side hand grip has a nick in it that runs hand raw. Been using for a week before review.
