Have not yet implemented the protocols yet, but using this book’s approach to stages and phases to work my way towards the mucusless eating lifestyle as my staple/ go-to diet plan. Definitely recommend for mindset and approach to establishing your own customized diet even if ypu don’t do this exact eating plan. I don’t agree with every single concept in the book but it gives a way to think about and approach food considering your goals. The annotations and explanations are helpful and tastefully done. Espira bring to the table that will enhance Ehret book?, simple: while Arnold books are legendary it was rising long ago and language have changed a lot since, as for me being of Hispanic Origen, some of Ehret proses where hard to understand, and that's where Pro. Espira makes this book so much more enjoyable, his numerical annotations makes a clear understanding of Ehret meaning witch it makes this book invaluable. My recommendation is get the book it's well worth the money to invest, and a more clear understanding of Dr. Arnold Ehret is a treasure beyond compare. As a background information 2 years ago I was so sick and full of diseases that Doctor was barely keeping me alive, after reading this books and fallowing them, I am totally medication free and I fell as healthy as I did on my 20's now at 62 I think is remarkable. I bought both the audio and written version. I'm about to listen for the third time. The way things are explained makes so much sense.
