It works great, and keeps baby supported and well above the water. Much better than other floaties which can be unstable or tip easily. It was a lifesaver when my 2 year old broke his leg. His cast was waterproof but he was hard to hold in the water with his large cast and this made it so much more fun for him to be independent. After he was out of the cast, his leg was very weak and he wouldn't walk, so we took him to the pool and put him in this and he would "run" in the water and it was great therapy for his leg and he loved the indepdence of it. I thought the price was cheap so I was hesitant to buy it, I thought it would not be as nice as the more expensive floats. I can honestly say, it is as nice or nicer than the more expensive floats. It has never tipped and it very comfortable to ride in. It s good size,....not too big and bulky. My granddaughter started using this float when she was 10 months and it was not too big for her.
