Mine goes down to 23.2*, about a half inch lower than what you've got, and I can tell you the only time it's ever been that low was when I first built the thing and was calibrating the controller. After raising the desk above that it's never been close to that low since. I raise it all the way up more frequently than to lower it all the way down (which again is never). Raised all the way up makes it easy to work underneath the desktop. * Note the 23.2" measurement is to the top of my desktop, which is 1ΒΎ" thick, so the underside is actually 21.45" off the floor at the lowest setting. Make sure you're using the correct measurements when making these determinations. **Q: How many screw holes are in the top?** A: Hello, Thank you for your interest in our product! There are 4 screw holes on the top, 2 of which are key shaped for easier mounting. VIVO Customer Support **Q: Are there spacers to get around the desk's cross beam? Like the bracket for the keyboard tray, would that one work here?** A: Hello and thank you for your question! I am sorry, unfortunately we do not make compatible spacers for this mount. **Q: For those who have mounted this outside of the legs of a sit-stand desk with wheels/casters, any concerns about tipping or balance?** A: I mounted mine just inside the legs of a sit-stand desk with casters, and there is no issue. I would think that if you are comfortable putting the computer on the desk above the spot where you will be mounting it, then you'll be fine hanging it below in this mount. I suppose it depends too on how wide/narrow the desk and legs are and whether there is anything else on the desk. But I don't think it should be a problem. ## Frequently Bought Together - VIVO Heavy Duty Adjustable Under-Desk PC Mount, Computer CPU Holder, Supports up to 66 lbs, MOUNT-PC04A - N NOROCME 192 PCS Cable Management Kit 4 Wire Organizer Sleeve,11 Cable Holder,35Cord Clips 10+2 Roll Cable Organizer Straps and 100 Fastening Cable Ties for Computer TV Under Desk, black, clear - VIVO Electric 60 x 24 in Standing Desk, Memory Height Adjustment, 1B Series, One-Piece Black Top, Black Frame, DESK-KIT-1B6B --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.at/products/99935086-vivo-heavy-duty-adjustable-under-desk-pc-mount-computer-case](https://www.desertcart.at/products/99935086-vivo-heavy-duty-adjustable-under-desk-pc-mount-computer-case) --- *Product available on Desertcart Austria* *Store origin: AT* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
