Do they block noise from Loudspeakers and firecrackers? an honest review would be helpful!

They are moldable so the noise reduction really depends on how well you mold them to fit your ears. My purpose of buying these was to keep out the water from my ears while swimming and I am happy with these for that purpose.

is it for 2 year baby?

These can be moulded to fit your ear. So I guess you can use them. You might want to use just half the quantity meant for each ear though.
