This powder has been amazing--I started taking .5 tsp 3xdaily along with vitamin C powder (same dosage) a month ago, and it has dramatically helped with my chronic back pain (and bone pain. I also have noticed a big increase in energy and mood...I don't feel like I have the flu all the time now, with all the aches and fatigue I was feeling (I have a rare disease). These effects took around 1.5 weeks. I know that everyone seems to mention how their nails grow faster after taking msm, and even though I was skeptical at first, I now have to trim my nails back every week instead of ever other week. I haven't noticed an increase in nail strength however, and maybe I won't till all of the old growth is replaced. Something that I did not expect was the change in my skin. I look more hydrated (I was drinking 80oz/day before taking msm) and my skin seems vibrant (for lack of a better word)...I had a few forehead wrinkles showing up, and they are barely noticeable now. I used to apply a bb cream, but now I notice that my skin looks better without make-up. Something that I should mention---stay hydrated while taking it (I had a few days where I didn't drink as much water). Also you may have some detox symptoms like diarrhea, headache, brief cold-symptoms and also some light-colored stools and increasing your water seems to help. I pressed on through the detox symptoms and they went away within a few weeks. I feel great, like better than I did in my 20's!

After reading the products information I felt that I was choosing the right company to invest in to purchase a supplement from which in this case is the MSM, I haven't been able to be consistent with the product and the reason is because I found a debris; similar to a small piece of wood chipped, this sparked my concern since my parents drank from it and is specifically for them. I'm a supplement person myself and I have never encountered a situation like this at all... This is clearly a manufacturing problem they're supposed to live up to what they promise which is product purity and safety not like this product whom unfortunately has been adulterated, I'll encourage you to please report to the FDA if a similar situation happens to you as well as I did just as we're supposed to, and as of NOW; Iron sharpens iron hence I sincerely hope this helps you exceed capabilities, thank you 🙏🏻
