I'm thrilled to find the exact type of exercise mat I've been searching for. I have been looking at Amazon periodically for the past year for this exact item. Most are overpriced and not good quality but I got this at a good price and it's perfect. I do yoga but dislike the usual thin yoga mats, because i want some real padding under my body. This folds neatly with handles, fits my 5'4" body, is well made, a nice color, and has handles. I'm very pleased to have found this.

I love this mat! It’s perfect for me to do my exercises at home if I can’t make it to the gym. It’s super thick, which I love! Thin mats are rough on my knees. There’s no odor, which is great cause usually you get a mat smell with others. The carry strap and folding of the mat are super convenient! I’ve had it for two years now, and it’s still in perfect shape. Definitely durable. I got it in black, and it’s so sleek. I love it!

I love this mat! Starting my fitness journey and this works better than my yoga mat, which typically moves around (on carpet) during my work out. This has a great amount of cushion for jumping and all the other moves I do during my workouts. And it’s long! And best of all, I can fold and easily store it away when I’m done. Very lightweight as well. Very happy with my purchase!

I haven’t used this for long so we’ll see how it holds up, but so far so good. The one I have is about the size of a yoga mat, slightly shorter length. It’s thick and I was surprised at how dense it was when I first stepped on it. I’ve used others that are more squishy than anything. Not only is it extremely supportive but also comfortable. It’s folds up easily, easy to hide away and easy to clean. Has a nice durable feel to it. It does slide a bit, even on top of my yoga mat, it bunches a bit at the folds if you are doing exercises requiring stretching a leg out, like side lunges or lunges. The straps also get in the way a little bit of some exercises like alternating to and from push ups to other forms. The upsides heavily outweigh the setbacks and I’m glad to enjoy the benefits of this mat!

Extremely happy with this pad. It’s thick, firm yet soft enough for comfort. I use it every morning for stretching. I really like how it folds up so easily to put it away when not in use. Highly recommend.

Bought these so me and my husband could do our stretches and these are great easy to fold up thick enough so your knees don’t hurt they seem to be good quality and the price was great!

Best mats, the quality cushion is amazing. I bought these when my 1st child was 8 months & learning to walk. They were there for her tumbles & very grateful I had these. Now she is a toddler & jumps, tumbles on the mat. I bought 2 & they're great. They stay together even though their is no velcro. I do recommend getting some of those grips to put underneath to prevent sliding. It has been almost a year & it is like new. Easy to clean if any spills, perfect for tall babies & toddlers. Easy to put away. I got these back when they were $25 and I felt like that was a steal. You wont regret buying these mats. Worth every penny

I got this folding gym mat for my daughter, and it’s been great for floor exercises. The padding helps reduce back pressure, and she says it’s much more comfortable than a yoga mat. Plus, it folds up easily, so it doesn’t take up much room!

Es excelente para hacer ejercicio en el piso, no se que tan altos sean pero yo mido 1.70 y me sobre un buen cacho, quizá para 1.85, 1.90 quedaría igual de bien, el grosor es excelente no sientes el piso nada, y pues ya llevo un año usándolo y aun sigue bien, si se nota que si se maltrata mucho tal vez se empiece a romper, pero por lo menos a mi, no se me ha roto, la calidad es lo suficiente para que dure unos buenos años con un uso moderado diario, se puede usar incluso de cama ya que si es muy cómodo a y por ultimo no se desliza en, de hecho es difícil moverlo si estas encima de el.

great mat - excellent thickness

Ayant des soucis de dos,je cherchais un tapis assez épais confortable me permettant de faire de la gym Pilate . Je ne regrette pas mon achat, tapis nickel, aucun mal de dos a la pratique de la gym, je peux me relever sans soucis, je me positionne à côté du tapis pour les exercices debout, car oui, on manque un peu de stabilité debout, le matelas est épais, les pieds s'enfoncent un peu dedans. Il est un peu volumineux pour le transport moi j'y vais en voiture donc ça ne me gène pas mais à prendre en considération pour les personnes en bus. Je n'ai constaté aucun défaut sur le tapis, les coutures tiennent bon. Je recommande ce produit.
