Great kind of Dal. Easy to cook once washed and soacked for an hour. It makes a nice dal soup with or without vegs especially if the appropriate spices : cumin, coriander, curry leaves, Turmeric, ginger, garlic, and garam masalal, are added to it. It combines well with yellow mung dal, rice and qineoa. My order arrived well packed and on time as stated. Hope this helps.
