Can it be returned if im not happy with it?

Had a memory foam mattress for around 15yr, so when i lay on it u sink a bit an it molds to ur shape nice an soft. Is this mattress like this or not?

Not the same. I've had it for about a year and not been able to leave a mold of me in it yet. It's really firm and it states 'thickened memory foam'. So it's gonna take awhile to mold it. Doesn't stop it being comfy as hell tho. But go for a softer foam if that's what your actualy after.

Can i put this mattress on flat floor due to my back pain
