Yes, it is designed to fit it. Although I have not yet tried it on chines plug. I have used it on US and EU plugs.

This is only an adapter for the plug it will not convert the voltage you would need a power converter. Most modern electronics have 110 - 240 options but if you are looking at small appliances like a hairdryer this will not convert the power.

Received half of what was expected.

Description online said two pack but only one item was shipped. It had a sticker on it that said two pack. It appeared it may have been removed from plastic two pack bag. Item was simply put in a shipping envelope with other items.
