Same ones used at my athletic club
So far, so good. These are the same exact ones they use at my athletic club for exercise classes. They have held up very well and are still in use at the club after several years of daily use in multiple classes. So, I assume these will hold up fine for me, too.

great alternative to more expensive versions
I had my last pair from Target; they had def seen better days and the felt had torn off. these work great! they are dark which I live as you cannot see the scratches and scuffs that will come. They slide well and worked awesome with my beach body on demand workouts. they come with a case for travel and will fit easily in a backpack, briefcase, overnight bag, etc. very lightweight and portable. Great choice!

Sliders great for hard floor surfaces
The sliders have been working quite well since receiving them. They work best on hard surface floors. The perfect thing I noticed is that they have become quite scratched on the sliding surface and some of the paint from the a sliding surface scratched off and onto the floor. My floor isn’t perfectly smooth so that could be why. Overall a product that words well, but not as expensive as some other brands. If you’re going for function choose these sliders.

Just ok
I’m not sure what to think of these. They work in the sense that they do slide on my floor but when I use them under my knees they aren’t very comfortable and they don’t stay in place. They slide out from under my knees and I have to stop and readjust them every couple of reps. I may have to add some sort of non-slip material to them to prevent it from happening and add some cushion.

Just trying to figure it out! Caregiver for a Stroke Survivor
My partner had a stroke, and we use these on the table for hand therapy. Stroke survivors typically use a towel, but we’ve found these discs work much better because they provide the right type of resistance.

Great, inexpensive gym tool for core and other workouts!
I predominantly use these sliders for core work but they also can be used for inner thigh workouts, and aerobic crawls along the floor. I am sure there are also other creative ways to tone your body with these other than those I mentioned. This is how I use them: Core: Kneel on all fours. Put your hands on the sliders and slowly slide out until you feel you can no longer hold your position, then slowly pull back in to original position. Make sure you keep pulling your belly button up towards your spine the entire time so you do not put pressure on your lower back! Inner Thighs: Stand with feet on the sliders. Slowly push both feet apart at the same time. Only go as far as you feel you can and still keep your balance, then pull both legs back together simultaneously. You should feel this in the inner thighs. Aerobic Crawls: Put feet in center of each slider. Stretch out and put hands on the floor under your shoulders to lift yourself off the floor. Pike up by pulling your feet on the sliders towards your arms. Stretch out with your arms again but use your hands to walk forward as you do this. Once you are stretched out again in a horizontal line with the floor pike up. Repeat crawl in a straight line forward.
