Great knife. Just the right size. Sharp!!!

This is a good length knife good for so many cutting needs. I’ve got up a whole chicken with ease and also great for watermelon because of the length of the blade. I’m very pleased and would purchase again. I’ve used this brand for years.

Awesome knife for the price. Used it to clean up some pork belly's prior to smoking and does a great job removing the skin and cleanly trimming the meat. Sharp, light and flexible. Will be buying more Rada knives. Great bang for the buck and made in the USA.

All of our knives, including our steak knives, are Rada knives.I do not like a knife with a big handle and a thick bulky blade. All of these Rada knives fit our hands great and manipulate easily.By far the best knives I have ever used.Razor sharp and after years of use they are still as sharp as new.

I bought this to use as a fillet knife! Was not really impressed with it! The handle is very small,and the knife was not very sharp!

I really wanted to like this knife. I once lived near the factory, and I knew it would be a good one. Other than the fact that the handle is way too short for me to get a good grip on, there's nothing wrong with this knife. I like the texture of the handle, but it ends in the middle of the muscle just below my pinkie. It's good quality, well-built, but if you can't hold the knife safely, there's no point in hanging onto it.

This is a very sharp carving knife and has good flexibility carving around bones.
