Best sports bottle I've ever used. No taste and easy to clean.

Bought the CamelBak Podium 24oz (Black) because I wanted a bottle I could grab one-handed, drink from easily, and not end up wearing half of it down my top like a toddler. This thing is spot on. The squeeze is just right — not “death grip required”, not “oops I’ve sprayed water across the room.” The nozzle works properly, doesn’t leak in the bag, and somehow makes plain water feel more… professional? Like I should be cycling up a mountain instead of waddling to the car. Size is perfect too: big enough to actually be useful, but not so huge it takes over your whole gym/swim bag. And the black looks clean and simple… until you drop it once and spend 10 minutes staring at the floor thinking where’s it gone? 5 stars. Hydration achieved, dignity mostly preserved.

So after looking through reviews of what has felt like every water bottle on Amazon I arrived here. I was worried about leakage and general build quality and took the chance on this Camelback. So far after over a week of use in the gym and at work I can say I'm pretty happy with the purchase. It doesn't leak, at all and the plastic is soft and squeezable - but well made! This was exactly the attributes I was concerned about after comparing countless others. My only drawback is the lid/drinking function. It's very stiff and a struggle with one hand so not ideal on the move or working you. Thankfully you can leave it in the open position and it won't leak as demonstrated in my video. Still, it is really annoying me and I'd much have preferred the standard pull-up type drinking spout/lid. All in all it's a solid water bottle. The lid is a hindrance and still annoys me after heavy use over a week+. If it was more manageable with one hand it could be a great design but unfortunately purely down to the lid I wouldn't buy this again but I am happy I have a solid and leakproof bottle for now. If they have a bottle with a normal lid and same build quality I wouldn't hesitate to purchase.

Good item and sturdy

Bought this as a replacement for cycling bottle that started leaking. First of the Camelback bottle is very well made from BPA free plastic and there is no smell from the material. The drink valve can easily be turned on or off, bottle is easily squeezed to get some water when valve is open and when closed it is leak-free. It fits securely into my existing standard bike holder and is not difficult to replace into the holder whilst riding. A bit more expensive than some bottles out there, but well worth the extra.

Excellent quality bottle, reliable - does not leak - and easy to fit in School bag or on the bike. I recommend a proper bottle brush/sponge to wash the inside of this bottle and keep an eye on the smell as after a while, the plastic smells and the lid gets dirty.

Fits snug into my bottle cage on bike and is honestly one of the best bottles i have ever used as there isnt any weird plasticy taste like other bottles.

Le meilleur bidon que je connaisse ! J'en ai acheté un 2ème du coup. Très pratique, large ouverture pour le nettoyer et le remplir, y mettre des electrolytes en poudre par exemple. La valve très bien conçue, avec une position fermée bien hermétique, et en position ouverte cette valve est aussi très pratique puisqu'il suffit une pression pour faire couler le liquide (pas besoin d'ouvrir et refermer à chaque fois). Le plastique du bidon est sans odeur, robuste, il ne se raye pas ou peu, les graphisme tiennent bons. ÉDIT : après plusieurs années d’utilisation le bidon est un peu rayé à l’endroit du porte bidon mais toujours en bon état sinon. Pas d’odeur ou de goût désagréable, pas de pb d’étanchéité de la valve non plus.

Questa è la quarta borraccia di questo tipo che acquisto. Le adoro, sono ben fatte, hanno un ottimo sistema di tenuta dei liquidi, sono facili da lavare perché il tappo si può smontare facilmente in tutte le sue parti e sono anche belle da vedere. Inoltre a differenza di altre borracce tendono a non puzzare quando le si tengono chiuse per un po' di tempo. Insomma le consiglio vivamente. In alcune recensioni ho letto delle lamentele riguardo al sistema di chiusura poiché risulta scomdo da aprire e chiudere in corsa. In realtà il sistema di chiusura posto nel tappo non è pensato per essere usato durante l'attività, infatti lasciandolo aperto il liquido non fuoriesce grazie alla membrana presente nel beccuccio finché non si preme la borraccia. La chiusura è utile durante il trasporto, per esempio gli spostamenti in auto .
