Aduro Sport Aerobic Exercise Step Deck, Adjustable Workout Fitness Stepper Exercise Platform with Risers

Overall I really like this product. It has the right height for my needs, about one normal stair step. It is well constructed and is very sturdy. I use it on carpet and it does not move at all. It has rubber feet on the base and I expect it would be the same on any surface. I have only one small complaint about this product and that is the width is smaller than I expected. It needs to be about 3 inches wider. This is only a minor annoyance and doesn't limit any of my exercises. I am very pleased with this product.

After having some issues with my knee, I needed to do a variety of exercises in order to hopefully make things physically better. I chose this stepper because it sounded like it would aid in helping me to continue doing several of the workouts that had been advised by my physical therapist, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The lower height was just right for when I started out or did not have a wide range of motion on a particular day, and adding the risers upped my workout routine when I could do the extra stretching. The surface of the stepper keeps my feet from slipping, and I always feel safe when using. Also, I have had no problems with the product moving about on a carpeted floor. I can tell a difference after completing a workout, and the Aduro stepper is helping me to reach my ultimate goal of more mobility without lots of pain.

I purchased this when I was during Transform 20 on Beach Body. The step up in itself is great you raise it one time and if you don't want to use the raisers it actually stores inside the middle of them. I loved this idea as you can't loose them if they are stored in the middle of it. My ONLY complaint is that I work out in the garage where there is concrete floor and this one will slide around. I've tried adding more resistant things on the bottom of it, but it doesn't help. The only way I can use it without sliding is if I put it on my gym mats or yoga mat. Wish they made it more resistant in sliding.

I read in a review that someone used this to get into a tall bed so I bought one. Works perfectly and is especially helpful as I have an injured arm so I'm not putting as much pressure on my arm to get into bed. Appears to be nice and sturdy so I feel secure.

I bought the step at the suggestion of my physical therapist and I am very pleased. This was just what I needed and gets the job done. Very sturdy construction and lightweight at the same time. It was very easy to add the risers, too. Would highly recommend.

I like it, great for price but TOO short. I do floor work on it, arms, chest, triceps and when I lay on the bench it's too short. I though they were standard size? :(. Otherwise, good quality, sturdy, easy to use.

This is a great product for a walking impaired individual that requires a bit of an extra step to easily enter a house of vehicle. Easy to transport and sturdy, it is a great aid in facilitating mobility. Suspect it would also be quite good for aerobic exercise also!
