I love this cleaner! It does fit the flex reusable disc. It doesnt sit flush on the bottom, but I still face it down at an angle and have no issues with it! So much easier than boiling. Very quiet, I live with 3 roommates, I love this!

I love having this steamer. It’s so convenient. I originally bought this in May but the heating element went out when I tried to stream my disc for the month. I was immediately going to buy a new one until I saw someone rave about customer service. When I contacted them they were so nice & sent me a replacement immediately. Plus the new one that came was an upgrade from the OG that I had bought 🩷

I’d received a steamer that had strange orange stains inside. After contacting Pixie, and sending pics and my concerns of the item, they were immediately understanding and sent a replacement right away. Very happy with their prompt response and sympathetic customer service. And otherwise, the product does work very well and has saved me so much anxiety during my cycle as I struggle with learning my cup. So I’m happy overall.

The device was great until it stopped working three months into ownership— mid cycle, it suddenly made a popping noise and sparked and never turned on again. But, I had a great experience emailing Pixie directly. I told them what happened and after providing my Amazon order information, they offered to send me a free replacement unit within a week. Hoping my first one was a dud and my replacement unit has a much much longer life, as it is a great gadget.

Great product, it does an amazing job sterilizing my flex disc. It's very simple to use, and it gives me peace of mind knowing that I can easily sterilise my cup while I'm taking a shower. Also, it came with the cutest little measuring spoon, so you'll have the perfect amount of distilled water. I don't have to mess with disposables while my disc is being steamed, and I dont have to worry about it melting like I would boiling it in a pot. Update: Customer service is 10/10. For some reason, my pixie sterilizer stopped working between my last period and this one. I e-mailed their customer service, and they sent me a replacement no questions asked. No fumbling around trying to record videos, didn't ask for the product to be sent back, all I had to do was provide my order number. 1,000/10 for customer service, and I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

I like how small and compact this is and it can fit a range of menstrual cups or disks. It just feels better knowing that what I’m using is clean and sterilized and it’s super quick. I like this one compared to the other brand that is cylinder in shape because this one is easier to store being that it’s more boxy. If you use a menstrual cups this is a must have, don’t be throwing your cup in the dishwasher with harsh dishwasher soap.

I bought this so I could sanitize my cup without leaving the bathroom or having to use the microwave or stove. I use it every day during my cycle, while I'm in the shower. It's easy to set up and only takes a few minutes. It's small and easy to store; the power cord is removable and can be coiled and stored inside when not in use. My only regret is not buying one years ago!

The pixie steamer revolutionized my monthly experience a few years ago - it really is quick and easy, hygienic and discreet. It is also so easy to travel with, not having to try find a pot or microwave to sterilize my mooncup. This year I decided to upgrade to the new design with hinged lid and drying rack - same incredible product just more streamlined design. Unfortunately Amazon accidently sent me the old design - I reached out to Pixie directly within a couple hours I had a response and the next day the new design was on my doorstep. It is so refreshing to deal with a company that takes customer service seriously, which I feel is sorely lacking in the world today. Thank you Christy for such incredible customer service, Pixie for making my life so much easier.

Se pueden perfectamente poner copas o discos. Trae una cucharita para poner la cantidad justa de agua. El tiempo en que se calienta es muy rápido. Es recomendable usar agua destilada
