Amazing product! Two part video directions that are easy to follow. I’d suggest completely watching them before even opening the box to get an idea of all the steps and amount of screws you have to take out so you can prepare to stay organized. And then watch again and pause as you do it. Took me less than two hours to complete and I am generally not great at fixing things. Listen to every step and take your time. It appears daunting but it was very easy. When I popped back in the final piece of the dash I was amazed I successfully completed it without and hiccups. I replaced in a 2017 Cadillac Escalade. Bottom of screen no longer accepted touch and would randomly change radio channels and call numbers on our phone. Now it’s completely fixed. Don’t pay $2000 at dealer to replace entire unit.

This is a remarkable product especially for the price. The install instructions made the install process super easy, the hardest part is taking apart the dash. The screen itself to me, looks clearer than the OEM screen and was a perfect fix for my problem. I’m glad they took the time to make this product since GM offers no solutions. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who has a compatible car.

Already used this brand to repair my wife's Durango touch screen, now fixed my Escalade's Cue. Semi easy install, worked on first try. Some folks make a business out of replacing these.

Just got swapped old car for a new one. The screen started cracking after a snow storm 2 months after I got it. It was all down hill from there. It was definitely worth the time and money. I used tape to keep track of screws. (Pictures above) On the instructions video they forget to mention the defroster plug next to alarm (Knew it was there from vids I watched before I ordered Cue screen) Do not pull out after alarm plug make sure you pull defroster plus as well on left hand side. It's shown in vid but spoken about in video. If you have a wireless charger they mention it in video but say it's not shown in Cue screen video. The pic of cable is where the wireless charger disconnects. Or you can you use a T-15 tork with 10-12 inch extension to remove wireless charger forward a little so you can unplug that way. (Pictured above of how I disconnected wireless charger) not sure if all models connect the same way so those are the 2 ways it can be disconnected. You will have wire hanging from unit once removed if you have to do it the way I did. Also my unit did NOT have a light connector that you need to disconnect before you separate the hidden compartment from screen part of of unit. It just had the clear plastic light cover in between the hidden compartment and unit make sure when you put it back together the clear light shield doesn't fall off. It takes time but is not extremely difficult don't be afraid to use some force. It feels like you might break something just go slow and don't be afraid to just pull or push when you need to when taking trim off. No more spider cracks and touching different spots to try to get screen to do what I want it to do. Now it can sense every where I touch on screen.

En lo personal cuido la camioneta como la niña de mis ojos, es una Cadillac escalade 2016, un día de la nada me empezó a fallar el touch hasta que ya se veía como una telaraña dentro (como estrellada) , anexo fotografía , ni me moleste en ir a la agencia ya que la garantía se perdió en diciembre pasado y se que me hubieran querido cobrar demasiado, así que me di a la tarea de investigar y me voy dando cuenta que a muchísisisisima gente les pasó lo mismo, me aventuré por los buenos comentarios que leí de esta pantalla y no me arrepiento. Encontré un video SÚPER DETALLADO de cómo reemplazar la pantalla (hago una aclaración para que no se espanten como yo cuando les llegue, no es el reemplazo de un equipo electrónico como tal, no piensen que los estafaron como yo al principio jajaja, simplemente es como una mica que lleva entre la pantalla y el usuario final que hace que funcione el touchscreen) , el link del video es el siguiente , se los recomiendo mucho. https://youtu.be/bZzC3CGrtpQ y más o menos nos tardamos aprox 1.5 hrs haciéndolo y quedó súper bien, la pantalla funcionó excelente. Un trabajo que fácil me hubieran cobrado mínimo 20 mil pesos en la agencia.

High quality. Looks and works better than factory. Follow video instructions on YouTube and install is easy. Don’t try and figure it out yourself. Can be easy to wreck the whole unit if instructions Arnt followed

It's a bit of fun to remove and reinstall in the car but the screen change itself is fairly easy and quick. The instructions video is pretty accurate even if I have a wireless phone charger. I'm glad I had seen the info regarding 2017 and newer, I had a non responsive screen on my 2019 XTS, so I took the 15 mins break and when i got back to it, worked like a charm. So far, very happy with my purchase.
