Can i plug this into a Power conditioner ?

I received mine yesterday and the little bit of line noise that was there, is still there as expected, but I'm glad that it didn't increase. I'll be buying a power conditioner and plugging this unit into it.

How many watts does it draw with all switches on but nothing pluged into the back?

I don’t know but it should be minimum. Usually the 15A/1800W max load should be at the outlets level and on top of whatever the internal load is.
