Worth every penny!
Love love love it! It’s exactly the style and sturdiness I was looking for. It’s easily long enough for my 65” TV plus some room on either side of it. There’s a support bar that screws into the bottom of the unit to accommodate the TV weight. Pretty easy to assemble, but does take a bit of time. Totally worth the money!

Nice TV credenza, at a great price.
The manufacturer brilliantly crafted the assembly instructions, each step meticulously orchestrated. It's akin to tracing the constellations in a clear night sky! The credenza stands elegantly, without being overly grandiose. And to top it all, what a great price!

Beautiful TV stand, take time to put it together
It is made in Indonesia. I like the curved part at the corner of the stand. The stand is sturdy and the drawers are smooth. There are two places listed wrong in the instruction. 1) Page 2: the compartment order should be 4 > 7> 14 > 6 > 5. 2) Page 7: It should be screw 'K' in step 9 (not M). When I checked the review of 70 inches stand, the biggest issue is it bent in the central part because there is no leg support at the center. I found out it actually includes one metal pole to help that issue at the bottom of the stand when I assembled it. I'm not sure if I got the improved version, or it will still bend with that metal pole. So I still added an extra leg in the central part (not included). The height is about 7 1/4 inches from the bottom of the stand to the ground if you are interested in/considered it. I bought an 8 inches leg and saw it shorter to fit. The black drawer pulls are also not included, the original pack comes with silver-round metal pulls.

Great looking, sturdy, well made, looks more expensive than it cost
This "Modway Transmit 70" Media Console Wood TV Stand, 70 Inch, Walnut White" is one of the few furniture that I had purchased from Amazon. To me, it is very difficult to judge the quality and finish of a piece of furniture just by looking at pictures online. I took a leap of faith and got this particular one, and I am happy that I did. This particular piece looks like a piece of expensive, "mid-century modern" piece of furniture; it definitely look more expensive than it actually cost. The boards' material is actually just flimsy, particle boards, but the lamination and prints looks realistic, and without really looking at it really closely, you would almost think that this is a "solid wood" piece. The size is great for me, as I am using it for a large 75" TV, there are really not that many "simple design", "low profile", "good looking" and "economical" TV stand that I can find on Amazon; so I am glad that I found this one. The overall design of this piece, with the color of the "wood" (lamination), and the contrast of the drawers make it a very elegant piece. The 4 legs are solid wood tho. The assembly is not the easiest, there are quite a lot of pieces; and it is good if you can set aside a few hours to build this and to not rush it. Do it slow, follow the instruction closely, take your time, and you should have no issue. Thank you for reading this review, I hoped that this review & the pictures are helpful to you in support of your purchase decision.

A good sturdy TV console for the price.
My husband and I were looking for a budget TV stand that goes with our theme and this ticked all the boxes. One of the drawer panel had some dirt which we could luckily wipe away. And the base for the drawer is also a thin wood panel. But it's a sturdy stand for the price. We have kept a 65" TV on it and the stand is holding on very well. The drawers are good to store lightweight items. But there's enough space to add decoratives as well. It took my husband and I around 2 hours to put together and the manual was easy to follow as well.

Stylish, sturdy and easy to assemble
I’m very happy with it, looks very nice and I love the color. The material is sturdy, it’s easy to put together if you follow the directions (instructions are pretty clear), you literally just need a screwdriver and that’s it. It took me like 1hr to assemble it. Everything came well organized and cushioned in the box.

It sags in the middle and came with faulty bolt and drawer handle.
It is beautiful but it has already started to sag with the weight of our TV (was set up on Sunday and sagging apparent by Tues/Wed) and we now have to buy something to put underneath so it won’t fall apart. One of the bolts and handles for one of the drawers came faulty and we have reached out to customer service to replace. We are awaiting a reply at the moment. The bolt/handle was too short and cannot be fed. Both drawers are slightly crooked and therefore not flush. Update: I reached out to Modway's customer service (as instructed by Amazon). I called and was told to send a copy of the invoice to their claims email. Then via email, was told it could take about a week to get a response. Then a rep replied saying they needed a photos of the box in order to even proceed, as if by then (over a week after getting the item) I would be keeping the box for fun (perhaps a fort?). I advised they had all my data in the invoice originally sent in the first email and that I purchased through Amazon. She replied that because I purchased through Amazon, I had to talk to them to get my claim resolved. I then spoke with a live Amazon agent that was very helpful and told me I could get a second item (they could not send just the bolt and handle because it is a "set") and once that arrived, I could disassemble the previous console, put it in the 2nd item's box and return it OR keep the faulty console and they would give me a 25% refund. We chose the latter and will go to Home Depot to purchase the correct bolt and purchase a piece of wood to put underneath the middle so it relieves the sagging a bit. Glad we don't have to disassemble the piece and then assemble for the second time and then go through the hassle of lugging that heavy thing back to UPS. We will live with the sagging, faulty equipment and disappointed with the run around. Do yourself a favor and purchase something else. On the bright side, the Amazon agent was efficient and resolved the issue within moments.
