Amazing polenta! I bought the Medium grind to use primarily for standard polenta (to eat @ dinner when saucy, then once chilled, cut and fried for breakfast with syrup). My initial impression out of the box /bag was how vibrantly yellow this brand is! Which also translates to more Vitamin A. Totally unexpected when I ate it was how much more flavorful was the taste !!! Definitely fresher and more delicious than any American brand I've ever used. Transferred from the bag to a large jar with one of those preservative packets, I'm hoping it will stay as fresh tasting for a while. Will definitely keep buying this brand. Have it on subscription. Great value too. Highly recommend!

My wife uses this to make grits for breakfast in out pressure cooker and uses it to make cast iron skillet cornbread. Both turn out perfectly! We are very budget conscious and this is a great but for us! Love the texture too!

I’ve only been able to find small packages of cornmeal at my local supermarkets. I make polenta quite a bit, so I wanted a larger quantity. I made some the same day I received it. It was delicious! I find that the coarse grind takes longer cooking time and more stirring. The fine grind was not to my liking. This medium grind was perfect. It cooked quicker than the coarse ground, and better texture than fine ground.

My go-to polenta. Very good taste, and much cheaper than almost all brands. I like that it’s on the coarser side, too. I have had some arrive broken, but Amazon has always refunded those. They seem to have improved the shipping of them more recently, anyway, because it hasn’t happened in a while.

I wish it was a bigger grind size...it's a bit too small for my liking for polenta. This is more like grits. Great quality though...good for bird feed as well. The sack it comes in isn't airtight...some of the smaller powdery stuff gets through it, so I store it in the sack inside a paper bag. That is no big deal to me

My family enjoys grits with pork chops. I decided to get a yellow corn meal for the extra carotenoids in the yellow version vs the white cornmeal which can be converted into vitamin A in the body. White cornmeal lacks these pigments. Some yellow cornmeal varieties may also have higher levels of flavonoids and phenolic compounds, which are known for their antioxidant properties. The cornmeal arrived smelling fresh. I transferred it to a thick plastic tub and stored in the freezer for longer term freshness. We are enjoying it with other foods too.

Makes the yummiest polenta. Generous size bag & made in Italy. Roland’s polenta is a staple in my home. Buy it for a quick & tasty meal paired with vegetables or meat.

Me cuesta hallar polenta en las tiendas y estoy muy feliz con esta compra. Yo hago pan de polenta y se necesita polenta granular no de polvo y esto sirve muy bien.

Me gusta la textura que tiene cuando se prepara. Todo bien.
