I hate using caulk and have always got it all over the place. This set has made any caulking job easier and I have bought a set for both of my sons. Stop using your finger and buy this and buy this; it will result in a more professional finish.

10/10!! Silicone is a job I always put off - it’s messy, frustrating, and never seems to go right. These tools completely changed that. I’m not a tradesperson, just a regular DIY “have-a-go”, and they made the job genuinely straightforward. No soapy water needed at all - just apply the silicone, run the tool, and you’re done. (That is honestly, true!) I’ve tried cheaper copycat versions before and they don’t compare. The real brand makes a noticeable difference in how clean and controlled the finish is. Nothing else has ever made silicone feel this achievable. Worth every penny - don’t waste your money on imitations.

Expensive but it does the job. As I use it for DYI project, it's not the best for a begineer imo.

After a few projects—especially the gritty outdoor runs—the once‑smooth plastic edges start to nick and dimple. Those tiny notches translate straight into wobbles in fresh silicone, so I now keep one kit pristine for interior caulking and sacrifice the battle‑scarred pieces for exterior jobs. At this price replacing them every year or so isn’t painful, but it’s worth knowing. Sealability with this tool is second to none with a good size variety. Overall, if you want fuss‑free, professional‑looking beads with minimal clean‑up, this kit hits the mark. Just expect to retire the profiles once they’ve seen serious mileage—or, like me, grab an extra set and customise them to fit the awkward spots no factory edge can reach.

Profiles the silicone so easily and cleanly. What I found most incredible was when I messed up a stretch of silicone by attempting to touch it up after it had begun curing on the surface (I hadn't appreciated how quickly this silicone cured). Remembering a video I'd watched previously demonstrating how easy it was to start again, I scraped off the stretch of silicone I had messed up using the square edged tool and simply relaid it. It was that simple. No water needed.

I hate running silicon, I mean I REALLY hate it! Mess everywhere, unsatisfactory results, descending deep into psychosis when it all goes wrong and then rage quitting on the job. My new house needs mastic replacing everywhere and I am not going to pay for someone to do it. Well, I started looking for tools to aid in the application and believe me, I have used a few in the past that I was not happy with so was not happy looking for another. This is not cheap (but lets face it, it's not expensive either) but what an amazing tool. Real quality components and I have just tried it out and I am typing this not covered in silicon, not sweating from rage, not questioning all my DIY abilities as always when doing this. I'm actually really happy with the job I've just done and that never happens. Buy this if you value your sanity and want a quality finish.

It works okay and gives 45 degree angles which gives better mastic adhesion. Easy to clean off the tools with just kichen roll. Like all tools it depends on whether you have right angle junctions. Normally have to push the tools to one wall only. It does clean that wall as you go effectively so no need for additional cleaning. Overall I like the tools and i prefer this to the curved tools that I also have from a different supplier. Depends on you choice of mastic joints.

I tested this kit out on a small bathroom caulk run this morning & it delivered great results. It's not 100% foolproof but it's easier than a finger even for normal baseboard caulk. For the average unskilled user you'll be able to run your line much faster. This gives you more time to fix any mistakes & produces a good looking result. The small gradations allow you to mix two bead sizes in case your caulk gap has inconsistent sizes on the line (ex: trim that's not flush against the wall.) You still need to cleanly apply the right caulk amount with your gun. Too much & you'll need to frequently wipe off excess caulk, but too little & the line won't have enough material to look consistent.

Tres bon kit, c'est pas donné mais c'est le compromis parfait entre souplesse et rigidité. Le système pour éviter de reproduire le creux des joint est très ingénieux!

Io non sono un professionista, e finora l'ho usato soltanto su superfici duri come ceramico e vetro Tutte le cose dentro l'astuccio duro fanno i suoi lavoro in modo perfetto. Tutti gli attrezzi sono facile di pulire, così loro rimangano in condizione ottimo per la prossima opera. Anche il coltello per rimuovere silicone vecchio funzione in un modo speciale, può raggiungere posti che un taglierino non riuserà. Un peccato è non sono riuscito trovare i suoi lame ricambi disponibile in nessun posto, neanche qui su Amazon oppure il sito del produttore. In somma sono molto soddisfatto con questo prodotto tedesco.
