Most importantly - this vertical mouse is a great fit for me and has entirely eliminated my carpal tunnel pain! I have been using this mouse just over 1 year now. For most of that time I have been managing software developement projects and often spend 10-16 hours a day at my computer. This Perixx 804 Bluetooth mouse (https://amzn.to/45xA44B) has been a 100% reliable and dependable companion. I highly recommend this one. BUT... all of the vertical mice on the market are shaped and angled slightly differently. Before selecting this one, I tried 5 or 6 others from various brands that for one reason or another, did not fit my hand and working position as well as this one does. I strongly suggest you try several of these vertical mice to find the one that fits your hand and usage the best. Even within the same brand, or across brands with mice that look nearly identical, the small differences from one to another make a big difference in long term comfort and usability. Take your time to find the right one for your hand. Your body will thank you.

I’m a tech guy that bought this instead of the Apple Magic Trackpad once Apple added full mouse support in the latest iPad OS. This was a good move. It is ergonomic and your arm doesn’t fatigue over time. Even the middle button clicks. All five buttons are customizable. This is a terrific value. If you are also doing this for iPad OS here is a tip: I allocated the middle scroll wheel button to click and drag. This allows me to go back and forward one level. You drag like it’s your finger. It goes idle after one minute but has an instant turn on upon touch. It goes into sleep mode after eight minutes but it quickly reconnects. You won’t notice the lag even there.

Wrist pain gone. The angle works for me. It’s a keeper for me.

Used wired 515 for ages, since the wireless version of that tended to skip, hard for CAD word. Now with this their first bluetooth version, ID as Bluetooth 3.0, the skipping is gone and it's finally wireless CAD. Size is good, hand angle a little lower than the 515 (which I thought was perfect). Good for smaller hands and more comfortable and lighter than the Logitech MX Vertical. You can still rest edge of your palm, the bony corner, on the mouse pad like the 515, while the MX requires your whole hand to float, which is the worst. All in all great price, solid bluetooth mouse. Now, if only they made the 515 in Bluetooth, ahhh that really was the perfect size and shape, comfort, letting you use the mouse w just front part of hand w palm resting.

I have been using WIRED Perixx ergonomic mouse for years. I purchased and gifted to several other people. Now I have possibility to use BT, I purchased this one after trying expensive ones costing close to $100 which I had issues with lags and having them smoothly moving on my desk.. Eventually I found this one. It connects and moves flawlessly.. Price is right. I am a brand fan for Prexiss now. Hopefully they keep the quality. One slight issue is that the nice matte finish on the mouse is a thin layer, prone to get dirty over time and it is hard to clean. But for 2-3 years of daily use this is the best you can get out there.. I say, definitely buy it…

I much prefer the wrist support offered by a mouse like this, preventing wrist pains after several hours' work in front of a screen. Simple to install (bluetooth) and easy to use. COMFORTABLE! The electronics just failed for some reason, so I ordered another from Amazon, arriving tomorrow. I'm a repeat buyer.

This worked fine for a few months but now the wheel is not reliable and makes the mouse very frustrating to use. I can't reliably scroll up or down a page without the wheel either failing to respond or spazzing out, making my screen go in the wrong direction, go too fast, not fast enough, etc. Do not recommend.

I have been in the IT industry for 38 years. The ergonomics of this mouse is spot-on, in fact, I have never seen a better ergonomic mouse. However, the rubber coating on this mouse really needs to go. I have had this mouse for 3 years, but the coating started going within the first 4-6 months. The Perixx keyboard is still going strong, and I'll probably never replace that, but the mouse is pretty bad off at this point. I will attempt to upload the pictures. I hope they have another that is just the straight plastic and not the rubber coating.

Mi serviva un mouse verticale Bluetooth ma non volevo spendere una fortuna. Acquistato con qualche dubbio sulla sua qualità. Per ora (1 mese dall'acquisto) si è rivelato un buon prodotto visto il prezzo. Viene riconosciuto immediatamente dal PC senza installare driver ed ha sempre funzionato senza intoppi.

Har tidigare haft en billigare vertikal mus som gick sönder efter ett år. Hoppas denna håller länge. Den var lätt att få igång, och den känns minst lika bekväm i handen. Den är definivt värd att ta i beaktning som alternativ. I fysisk butik så provade jag varianterna från Logitech med flera som alla låg runt tusenlappen. Men jag gillar den här mer.
