I have had cracked, dry heels for YEARS and have tried pumice stones and I don’t even know how many foot creams. Nothing helped beyond a few hours. This foot file is AMAZING and I finally have soft heels for the first time in like 10 years! I use it either in the shower or right out of the shower when my skin is still soft. The KEY is to do just a little at a time, and use it often. Do NOT press hard especially for about the first week or two, it is sharp and you can hurt yourself. I very gently rubbed it along my skin about every other day for about a week and then started seeing great results. I use it about twice a week now and don’t even bother with foot creams anymore.
