BLACKROLL SUPER BAND - Resistance Band for Strength Training, Various Strengths

I find Blackroll bands a bit expensive compared to other brands, however they are really good to work out and have a good lifespan as well. They stay elastic, even when used often which is great, so therefore one gets something for it's extra money spent!

Used these bands in the gym over the past few days. Compared to the thick, standard latex strength bands these are much more comfortable under the hands for band resisted push ups, dips and shoulder presses. This is due to the minimal thickness and soft material used. I also have the mini band version of these and they have lasted over a year with minimal loss in tension. I Would like a higher resistance ie extra heavy (black) version of these bands to be available on amazon. Will purchase more of these

Not as versatile a product as I was expecting, to be honest. This set of Superbands seem better targeted for women than men. Additionally, what surprised me is that they have nowhere near as much range, elasticity and sustained tension as plastic/rubber bands you will likely have used. If you are looking for one Blackroll fabric band to replace those, I recommend the Multiband (light green, long). That is not to say these bands are poor, at all, just that the characteristics and performance is different that plastic bands. I bought these as an alternative to dumbells for daily work and for resistance stretching. As other reviews have mentioned, the blue band is the only one that offers enough tension really for what most men will want. That's why this only gets 4/5. I share these with my wife, though, so the orange and green will get enough use to be good value - if that wasn't the case, this set of 3 bands would get a 3/5. (there *are* applications where I make use of the orange and green bands, but if I was buying this again solely for myself, I would get the Multiband instead) The Blackroll mobile app is very good at helping you learn how to maximise use of their products. I own 4 or 5 Blackroll products and so far they all seem to be worth the price.

Very good quality, I saw this German brand earlier at my fitness instructor, she told me about this fantastic brand! Very happy could find it on amazon!!
