Does not come with key
This product does not come with a key to open it. I fixed mine to the wall, put the paper towel in and closed it up but not cannot open it to refill.

poor design and easily broken
There are lots of dispensers that look like this - we were trying to replace our old dispenser which was basically two cylinders that fir together - the top one being transparent so easy to see and easy to simply lift off to replace paper roll. These versions are hopeless - the window shows you nothing but blue paper and you still have no idea of how much is left. The key to lock is fiddly and cheap plastic and a struggle to open.
