Should have gotten these in the first place
These are the best balls to use for batting practice with your kids. I first bought the white hard plastic balls and those eventually all broke. Then I bought the yellow foam version and these flew almost as far as regular baseballs. I got nailed a few times by my kid they were so fast (didn't hurt its foam lol). These ones are just right. Firm enough to get a good throw to your kid, and they don't fly too far so you can still use this in a decent-sized backyard. These are pricier than the previously stated options, but it will be worth it in the long run. The balls also come with a nice bag with a draw string. No longer need to carry around a bucket of heavy baseballs

Great training balls
These balls are fantastic for training and for play. They are heavy enough that the fly pretty well. They give great feedback when hitting as well. A well hit ball flies a good distant while a poorly struck ball doesn’t fly far. The distance even on a well hit ball is limited which makes it possible to play in the yard with these. The flight is 100 feet or less for even quite strong swingers. They are not cheap, but definitely one of the best training options out there.

Great practice ball.
This is far superior to a standard wiffle ball or SKILZ black and yellow. I use these to pitch to my 12-year-old at home. They collapse easy so if you dont hit them dead-center, they flop. If you hit them clean, they explode off the bat, but much reduced distance compared to standard wiffle balls so you aren't chasing them everywhere. Their weight is good that I can throw hard and probably get similar speeds of a hardball at shorter distances. If I have one complaint it is the random hole placement on the ball. I have a hard time finding two holes ideally spaced for a 2-seam pitch, or even curve, which kids now a days see more of at a young age.

A Must!
Our go to for hitting practice with limited space. Usually good for one year before they break down.

Solid Wiffle Balls For training.
These wiffs are very good for high rep practices. They are a little pricey, compared to other options, but well worth the money. They have withstood both travel ball and little league practices. They are designed to provide feedback to hitters- square up the ball and it flies. Hit it low or high and it doesn’t fly well. Great training ball.

AMAZING training balls
Couldnt be hapoier with these. Easier to throw than regular black and yellow whiffles die to the extra mass, great grip on these. They crush very easily when hit, so they dont fly far. Which is great in terms of not having to chase them down all over the field. Instant feedback on spin and direction off the barrel. I will be buying a few more dozen for my 11U team FOR SURE. Outstanding balls.

These are great
I love that you can hit these hard and they don't hurt any structures. The total distance is great as well where you don't have to go walking all over the place to find all the baseballs after. Less walking = more reps in a shorter amount of time. Side note: My border collie absolutely loves the balls and we use them for playing fetch in the house. They don't bounce all over the place and don't mark up the walls. We used floorballs and wiffle balls before and he would destroy them in a matter of days.

Not bad...not great
Not as good as the yellow Atec balls, slightly lighter and less effective. Also less expensive. So far experience is an 'ok' for my U16-U13 teams
