Fits standard bnc antenna connectors without excessive force or loose fit. Mounts on sheet metal base up to about 1/8". Good connection.

Easy peasy replacement when I was repairing a "boatanchor" signal generator. It replaced the old, obsolete output socket and works well with the new cables I purchased.

The connectors worked well with the modification I was making to a signal tracer. I didn't need many, but I now have a stockpile for future projects.

Reasonably priced direct replacement part
This connector successfully replaced a damaged original BNC connector on an HP/Agilent/Keysight 355D Attenuator. Construction and quality features of this item are very similar to those of the original connector. No modifications were needed or problems encountered using this replacement part. The hex nut and ground lug provided with this item were not needed to install, because the 355D cast aluminum housing was machined with the same thread size and pitch as the replacement connector. After replacement, the 355D was successfully tested, with no reduction in performance as compared with the original (undamaged) connector.
