The blade is serrated and very sharp. It cuts through bread effortlessly. The blade is just the right length and importantly the perfect thickness. Many far costlier knives are just too thick and heavy. It is really good value for money and works really well. Recommended.

The sharpest knife I have ever used, and I'm an ex butcher! I know it's a bread knife, but I've just sliced through a lemon with no effort at all,- I was amazed,- hence this review. Guaranteed for 15 years, and doesn't ever need sharpening, provided that you slice on a wooden or plastic board. An excellent price and it came the following day. I can see me going back to unsliced bread, - just for the pleasure of using this cracking (cutting) knife! It must be the best thing since sliced bread!

the oldest knife in my kitchen is a kitchen devils bought 35 years ago with a sharpener for 6.99 its outlasted more expensive knives so bought this bread knife as its a kitchen devils its very sharp and slices through homemade bread with ease would recommend

Pretty much as advertised- a sharp, effective bread knife. Handle is plasticky and cheap feeling. But doesn't really effect the performance of the knife. For the price, absolutely fine for use at home. Does not blunt easy, very little involuntary flex. Not really balanced, but in a bread knife, with reasonable at home useage, not a worry.

Excellent product not heavy so easy to manipulate and use. Very good with and product recommended

my christmas highlight - is that sad? I got this and it is brilliant. It cuts through any loaf like its butter (I have not tried cutting butter with it!) - no squashing or tearing of the bread. i also sliced a very flaky croissant to get some ham and cheese into it...again, no squashing just cut straight through. A truly great breadknife!

This knife is the bomb!! It’s super sharp,decent size for a freshly baked loaf and is easy to hold. Really good value for money! Had it a while now and it’s replaced a couple of other knives I had so worth the money. No rust unlike some knives you buy. All in all a decent knife,nice weight and I highly recommend it

This is an amazing knife. My wife thinks it's the best thing she's ever received. Slices through hot bread like butter without smashing it.

I am very impressed with this knife for slicing bread, as much as a much more expensive one I bought.
