Step2 Igloo Wagon with Cooler

great wagon, great price!

So I just received this wagon today and my daughter was beyond excited. We got it during prime day so it was a great deal. It was easy to put together, but the instructions are just pictures so it was annoying trying to figure out the pictures, I'd prefer some word instructions too. Once put together it's pretty large. I figured since it shows kids in the wagon in the pictures it would be able use with my 2 children (4 and 9 months), but that's not really the case. There is a white cover to go over the cooler but then the kids would have to sit on that somehow, or if you take the cooler out there is an area that looks kinda like a seat but has no seat belts and I definitely could not fit both kids in there. I'm pretty bummed because I wanted to use this on our nightly walks and at our flea market but it's just not going to work without seat belts and actual seats. It's more of a storage type wagon, which does me no good. Cool idea I guess but poor execution. I have no idea how I will return it but I'm hoping I can so I can buy one that is actually made for carrying kids.

My son has been proudly riding on this every time he goes to the park since 12 months. He is 15 months now and loves it. Not sure the cooler is useful (it' too small) but great for a toddler ride. Two issues - -the bars that hold the top cover do not secure well into their sockets and the top keeps falling at the slightest shake -A little difficult for a kid to stand/sit. Not comfortable.

Part of the fabric on the cooler arrived with a hole and is completely frayed. It's only a matter of time before all of the fabric rips off.

We LOVE this wagon! So handy! We've used it for walks, going to the splash pad (to carry all the bags), and we're going to take it to the zoo next week to test out the cooler. I've used the cooler separate and it's such a great size. I'm really glad I got this one instead of the Red one. Easy to put together and good functionality.
