Great construction. High quality fit and finish. Nice steel safety valve with serial number. Nice silicone gasket. Great size for a single shot of espresso-like coffee. Shockingly great value!

I got the 1-cup model, which brews roughly 60ml (~2oz) of coffee. This thing is TINY. So tiny, in fact, that I had to use a pan to use it with my gas stove (I have since ordered an adapter plate for this), but it makes great coffee. Stronger and less bitter than my French press, but not quite as strong as espresso. It's so easy to use, too! Add ground coffee to the funnel (fill the funnel top part without tamping it or packing it in any way), add water to the bottom compartment to just below the safety valve, and let it run till it gurgles. I also bought the Instant Pot-brand milk frother for this so I can make lattes and things at home; it's such a good compliment to this thing!

This is one tiny cup of coffee , looks like a toy kids would use to play kitchen. If you are looking for a shot of expresso then the one cup does the job and if you want the shot to really be strong try Sello Rojo expresso coffee. Its really easy to use the brewing speed is quick and cleaning is a breeze . The price is probably dynamic pricing so my price might not be the same for everyone even tho we are buying the same item.

Now I got this to try something new. And I was surprised how good this thing is. Now if you are getting this be aware the size you get like 1 cup, 3 cup, etc. You won't get exactly the amount of coffee that the size is. Now how the coffee taste, depends on how you make it. The way I make coffee in a moka pot is by first adding hot water to the moka pot until the safety valve. I then add some coffee that is finely ground to the coffee ground container. Assemble the remaining top and put it on the stove in medium heat. I keep the top open because the moment I see some coffee flowing I immediately take it out of the stove and let the remaining of the coffee to flow. As a result it gives me a good cup of coffee without a sour or burnt taste to it. However a thing to remember with any brewing device it depends on the coffee that you are using. So don't expect to make a delicious cup of coffee from this thing with some bad coffee grounds or beans. And also practice makes perfect in this thing as well, the more you practice making coffee in the moka pot the better it becomes.

OMG! first time using a moka pot. 1.5 oz about a shot glass of coffee very rich taste excellent. Depends on the coffee used . Pete's Major Dickinson's Dark roast. Holy smokes. 75 to 100 mg of caffeine. Use boiling water in base low heat

First, I wanted to return it because when I finally took it out of the box a week ago, the black handle was not secured in place and the first time I poured coffee it put the heatedespresso maker on my fingers!!! I looked up the return info and because I had not taken it out of the box to use it for a month or two, so return Window had closed. So I found the glue and glued the handle into a secure position. Today after having used it twice, I raise the heat a little and all of a sudden the steam blew off a gasket cover and sprayed out about 3 feet. I still don’t know where the cover is and I barely missed being scalded! So now I am calling Amazon, not for a replacement from this brand, but for a refund or a replacement with another brand. I had better get my money’s worth! In short, this was a disaster and could have been worse!

This is the cutest espresso maker I've ever seen! I should have read the dimensions because it is very small. It only makes 1-2 shots at a time. It's perfect for just one person but I have been prepping my espresso into ice cubes so I can make iced coffee. This isn't really great for that. Otherwise, I would say get it!

UPDATE: Opted not to return because low price actually less than gas, ship costs etc. It still works OK, no leaks, and I do rinse and dry promptly so the finish is fine. Adding another star. I realize the popular Italian brand costs 2-3x more, so I was really hoping this would do. But it came with an unfinished base that is going to affect the performance and though it did not look used, I don't know how it passed any kind of quality inspection. I don't trust the integrity of the aluminum, and as others have noted, now seeing the handle it's not the same quality plastic as my larger Bialetti so I can see how it may melt even if you're careful. This is so sad because it was nicely boxed and looked OK but the unfinished base and questionable interior and handle make this suitable basically just for a kitchen decoration (why it even gets 2 stars)

It’s a generic model not the stated brand with very cheap materials and finishing , leakage with the first use !! It’s very cheap fake

للأسف الخامة سيئة و مع الوقت بتسود من جوه في الجزء اللي بتغلي فيه الماية، انصح بتجنب كل برادات موكا بوت الألمنيوم و شراء الاستانلس الصحي افضل بكتير
