Where can I get windows 10 drivers for this drive ?

Because the drive does not come with an OS, you need to install it. Here's what you need: a blank flash drive of at least 8gb and a spare laptop. All you have to do is download Microsoft Windows 10 creation media from their website onto the flash drive (it'll ask where you want it to be downloaded to) - once that's done, insert the flash drive into the computer with the new hard drive and it'll take it from there.

Is this compatible with the Dell G3 15 gaming laptop?

Yes you can use it as a external hard drive by getting a cord for it but as far as putting into a laptop no it's to big .i use a hard-drive dock which makes using any hard drive easy .just make sure you format the hard drive most of them comes unformatted.

Does this drive have start up installed?

Well I'm not sure what you're asking if you're using it for storage you controlled it by opening my computer where you see your drive c and d you should see the new hard drive you can use it to save things to it. If you're replacing your computer s hard drive you will have to install a Windows operating system to it a new hard drive is basically empty when you get it.
