Is it just rubber on the feet or do the feet come off and it is threaded for installation on a stand?

Four feet covered with four rubber boots makes this Lime Slicer stable enough, and the rubber boots are unthreaded.

Does it work with oranges?

the opening is about the size of an orange, so it should work as long as the orange isn't too big
