Is this good to hold one single tooth to gums ?

No, it may help to hold in a partial or dental appliance - it certainly works well to hold in an entire upper or lower denture but it is not an adhesive and would not hold in a single tooth. You should see your dentist for a problem of that nature.

Can you use for tooth gems?

Fixodent is only recommended to be utilized with dentures and we do not suggest using it with tooth gems. The Fixodent Team

What does the nozzle look like, flat or round?

This has a round nozzle, but other variations of this product have a flat one.
