My porter cable cpl6025 oil compressor suggests using pas1 oil. is this oil equivalent?

This should be the same as the Porter Cable PAS 1 oil. PAS 1 oil is a 30 weight, non-detergent oil per Porter Cable. Dewalt specifies this as the same.

My compressor needs only 6 oz oil. So a quart will take 5 years to use it pup. Will this oil have long shelf life like that?

You should change the oil in the compressor a minimum every 5 months. You should be fine on shelf life
